The Child, Youth, & Family Services team are looking to hire aProgram Managerfor the Infant Toddler Program. The Program Manager will oversee the Infant Toddler program operations, which includes multiple specialty areas within the Child Access and IDEA Part C Direct Services functions as well as the Infant Toddler Policy team development. This position is located at Central Office in downtownBoise.
This position may be eligible for telework after successful completion of probation and necessary training. Approval to telecommute is not guaranteed and subject to termination at any time.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES:
+ Develop and implement guidelines for service delivery within the program.
+ Approve service plans for infants and toddlers, including Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
+ Ensure compliance with federal IDEA Part C and state regulations.
+ Monitor outcomes and adjust program strategies based on data.
+ Approve the development and placement of contracts for regional programs
+ Manage outcomes and performance of regional program activities
+ Provide direct oversight of statewide Infant Toddler program operations, including Service Coordination and Direct Services programs
+ Establish program goals, identify improvements, monitor progress, and assure compliance by developing data and information collection systems to monitor program improvements
+ Manage budget and expenditures as well as oversee policy development
+ Maximize use of program resources to support quality and innovation, and employ best practices
+ Identify, implement, develop, and evaluate program partnerships, cooperative relationships, and practices to position the system to support department strategic objectives as well as analyzing and standardizing regional procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Some knowledge of management practices as well as experience providing technical proficiency, problem-solving, communication, and program area training. Typically gained by at least one-year experience managing a major Program and providing leadership of professional staff. Candidates may also qualify through completing upper-division college-level management coursework along with experience in a significant Leadership role.
