    The roleis responsible foreffective and efficient service deliveryin a Bio Pharmaceuticalproduction facilityand responsiblefor leadinga team of Technicianstomaximizeworkefficiency and minimize customer business interruptionsin a GMPenvironment. Duties includetactical oversight of themaintenance team responsible forbuildingandutilityoperations,BASand control systems,instrumentationand calibration.

     

    This opportunity is on-site at a pharmaceutical facility.

    What** **you’ll** **do

    + Tactical oversight of the Equipment/Building Systems, Lab Facilities andassociated utilities,calibrationandinstrumentation programs

    + Working withManufacturingDepartments,Scientists, Facilities Maintenance, Quality, Automation/Building Monitoring and Project Managementin a pharmaceutical production environment.

    + Maintaining,updatingand editing theCMMSsystem

    + Supporting the development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators, Metrics and Analytics

    + Review of completed work to GMP requirements.

    + Understanding of relevantGMPQuality Standards and SOP’s

    + Assistingwithcoordinating andscheduling work order repairs and equipment moves

    + Processing equipment Preventative Maintenance and Job Plan updates

    + Providing support for spare part specifications and entry into billing of materials.

     

    What** **you’ll** **need

     

    Technical education with 5 – 8 years of related experienceinpharmaproduction and hard services management. Workingknowledge of SAPor CMMSexperiencein and GMP productionpreferred.

     

    Proven leadership and management experience

     

    Knowledge and experienceworkingin a pharmaceutical settingwith mechanical,BAS and HVAC,electrical and plumbing maintenanceregulationsandrequirements.

    • CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Technical Supervisor position is $87,500 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Quality & Compliance position is $125,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
