Description We are looking for a dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and enhance all aspects of our HR operations in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring a high-performing and engaged workforce. This position is ideal for an HR expert who is passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and driving organizational success.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, contributing to business planning and the achievement of organizational objectives.
• Design and oversee employee engagement programs, including recognition initiatives, wellness activities, and feedback mechanisms.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including performance-based pay structures and workers’ compensation administration.
• Lead the performance management process to align employee development with company goals and objectives.
• Oversee training and development programs to build internal capabilities and support career growth across the organization.
• Direct and develop the HR team to provide high-quality service in recruitment, staffing, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations by managing safety initiatives, employee training, and injury prevention programs.
• Travel to various company locations to support leadership, engage with employees, and ensure HR strategies are consistently applied (approximately 35% travel, including occasional overnight trips). Requirements • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including expertise in compensation, recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, wage regulations, and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems; experience with specific platforms is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and implement strategic HR initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to all levels of the organization.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred.
