    Description

    Staff Accountant/AP-AR professional for a temp-to-permanent position.

    The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

    + Highly detail-oriented

    + Capable of processing a mid to high volume of data entry, including invoices, credit card transactions, and receivables

    + Proficient in reconciling AP/AR and credit card modules, identifying and resolving discrepancies in deposits, payments, and invoices

    + Knowledgeable in balance sheet and P& L structure

    + Able to produce reports in Excel as requested and on a monthly basis

    + Able to follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely completion

    + Experience in the construction industry is a plus, as the role involves working with purchase orders and subcontracts

    + Familiarity with Sage Intacct Construction Software is a significant advantage, though not mandatory

    Requirements

    Experience in the construction industry would be a plus.
