Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Billing Clerk to join our team in Maitland, Florida. This position is a Contract-to-permanent opportunity, offering a chance to grow within the printing and publishing industry. The role requires working onsite, Monday through Friday, in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.

• Handle billing functions, including invoice generation and distribution to clients.

• Monitor cash activity and reconcile payments received, including checks and electronic transfers.

• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain financial records and prepare reports.

• Perform daily check processing and ensure timely deposits.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and provide customer support.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable activities and update client accounts as needed.

• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in billing operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in all financial activities. Requirements • Proficiency in accounting software systems and tools.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and billing functions.

• Familiarity with cash activity management and check processing.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
