Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our team. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing processes. The role involves managing client invoicing, reconciling billing discrepancies, and maintaining strong communication with both internal teams and external clients.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review client invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with purchase order requirements.

• Verify proof of performance against generated invoices before sending them to clients.

• Enter invoices into the accounting system and address any discrepancies promptly.

• Follow up on overdue invoices and provide updates on payment statuses.

• Analyze planning documents to ensure billing reconciliations match deliverables.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Identify and resolve inconsistencies in billing processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.

• Experience with accounts receivable, invoice processing, and collections.
