Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for a highly organized individual with a strong background in probate, estate law, and legal documentation. Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Draft, proofread, and edit legal documents related to probate, estate administration, and litigation.

• Oversee calendar management, including scheduling hearings, deadlines, and meetings.

• Communicate with clients, attorneys, and court personnel to gather necessary information and provide updates.

• Assist in billing functions by tracking billable hours and preparing invoices.

• Conduct research and compile data for probate and estate planning cases.

• Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures in all filings and submissions.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including maintaining entity relationships and managing client information.

• Monitor ongoing cases and maintain detailed records of progress and deadlines.

• Coordinate with legal teams to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably in probate and estate law.

• Proficiency in case management software and calendaring tools.

• Strong understanding of probate law, estate planning, and court procedures.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and court officials.

• Experience with billing functions, including tracking and preparing invoices.

• Ability to draft and review legal documents with a high degree of accuracy.

• Familiarity with data gathering and managing entity relationships.
