Description

Robert Half is seeking a Bilingual Leasing Agent for a property located in Miami Beach. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic property management team in a fast-paced, resident-focused environment. We’re looking for someone who is personable, organized, and fluent in both English and Spanish to help support leasing efforts and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct property tours, and highlight unit features and amenities

+ Process rental applications, verify documents, and ensure compliance with company standards and Fair Housing regulations

+ Prepare lease agreements, coordinate move-ins, and maintain accurate resident records

+ Handle inquiries and provide prompt, courteous service to current and prospective residents

+ Review and process invoices, maintain organized documentation, and support general office operations

+ Promote the property and company brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

+ Assist with resident retention by supporting lease renewal efforts and addressing concerns

Requirements

+ Must be bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication)

+ At least 1 year of leasing experience or relevant property management experience

+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

+ Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities

+ Sales background is a plus

+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-traffic leasing office environment
