Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Franklin, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting overall financial integrity. Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

• Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes to maintain financial integrity.

• Handle bank reconciliations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

• Manage and update the general ledger, maintaining consistency and accuracy.

• Prepare and post journal entries as part of the month-end close process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.

• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial tasks.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in account reconciliation and financial reporting.

• Strong knowledge of balance sheet and bank reconciliation processes.

• Proficiency in using accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.

• Experience with general ledger management and journal entry preparation.

• Familiarity with month-end close procedures and financial reporting standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
