We're Hiring an Accounting Manager/Supervisor – Join Our Clients Team in Long Beach, CA!

Ready to lead and drive financial transformation? We're seeking an experienced Accounting Manager/Supervisor in the Manufacturing /Construction industry to oversee complex accounting issues, design process improvements, and guide our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and coach accounting team members

+ Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

+ Manage accounts payable, receivable, and billing

+ Handle technical accounting issues and draft policies

+ Oversee ERP, ADP Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur systems

+ Lead financial systems implementations and auditing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in accounting leadership, ideally in construction

+ Expertise with ERP systems and financial software (ADP, Concur)

+ Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills

+ Ability to drive change and guide the team to success

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Construction/Manufacturing industry.

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services.

• Knowledge of Concur expense management system.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.

• Demonstrated ability to manage all accounting functions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Proven track record in auditing.

• Proficiency in managing billing functions.
