    Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a crucial part in managing vendor relationships and ensuring accurate financial processing. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in handling invoices and financial data.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process batches of invoices with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely entry into the system.

    • Maintain communication with vendors to resolve discrepancies and follow up on outstanding issues.

    • Assist with purchasing tasks and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.

    • Track and report expenses using Excel, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    • Reconcile vendor statements by matching and verifying transactions.

    • Handle accounts payable functions, including coding invoices and conducting check runs.

    • Utilize accounting software such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage data.

    • Perform data entry tasks to support financial operations and maintain accurate records.

    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures in accounts payable processes.

    • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve department goals. Requirements

    • accounts payable or a related role.

    • Strong skills in account reconciliation and invoice processing.

    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
