Description We are looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in West Valley City, Utah. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work on critical quality assurance processes within the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in supplier auditing, quality management systems, and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, qualification, and implementation of eQMS systems, specifically Smartsolve.

• Develop and refine Quality Management System processes, including change control, supplier management, and addressing non-conformances.

• Conduct thorough supplier qualifications and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and maintain quality assurance standards.

• Draft and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support quality management objectives.

• Monitor supplier relationships and evaluate their performance to align with organizational goals.

• Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices.

• Provide guidance and support for resolving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions.

• Maintain detailed documentation of quality assurance activities and supplier evaluations.

• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance. Requirements • Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Expertise in supplier relationship management, including supplier evaluations and audits.

• Familiarity with eQMS systems, particularly Smartsolve.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures.

• Ability to develop and implement quality management systems and processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
