Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney with a strong background in litigation and insurance coverage to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in handling complex cases and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers the opportunity to manage challenging legal matters while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex litigation cases with a focus on insurance coverage and insurance defense.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in insurance-related matters.

• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and arguments.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.

• Collaborate with team members to develop effective case strategies and solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance law and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation with a focus on insurance coverage.

• Proven expertise in handling complex legal matters and insurance defense.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate challenging cases.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective advocacy.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Solid understanding of insurance law and related regulations.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
