Description We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and support HR operations for a healthcare organization in Palm Springs, California. This role requires a dynamic individual who can oversee a team, ensure compliance with California labor laws, and drive initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead an 11-member HR team, overseeing areas such as benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

• Collaborate directly with senior management to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee retention and reduce turnover rates.

• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates with relevant experience.

• Drive succession planning efforts to ensure leadership continuity within the organization.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as disciplinary actions when necessary.

• Stay informed on market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.

• Ensure compliance with California labor laws and regulations, adapting policies as needed.

• Utilize HR management software, such as ADP Workforce Now, to streamline operations and reporting.

• Monitor and improve overall employee engagement and workplace satisfaction. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are highly desirable.

• Proven experience managing HR functions in a mid-to-large organization, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and regulations.

• Proficiency in HR software such as ADP Workforce Now and HCM systems.

• Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.

• Demonstrated success in recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.

• Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to compensation strategies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
