Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer with a strong background in Probate, Trusts, and Estates to join a dynamic law firm in Plantation, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent role offers an opportunity to work on complex legal matters, providing comprehensive estate planning solutions and assisting clients with tax strategies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for client advocacy and a deep understanding of trust administration and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies to help clients minimize tax liabilities and avoid probate.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.

• Provide legal guidance on sophisticated trust and estate planning matters, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

• Counsel clients on trustees' powers, beneficiary rights, and the tax implications of distributions.

• Manage the administration of individual and family trusts, including overseeing investments, real estate holdings, and partnership interests.

• Ensure all trust and estate activities comply with applicable federal tax laws and reporting requirements.

• Analyze client needs to deliver tailored legal solutions that align with their financial and personal goals.

• Draft correspondence, agreements, and other legal documentation with exceptional attention to detail.

• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to address complex probate and estate administration issues.

• Stay current with changes in tax and estate planning laws to provide clients with the most accurate and effective advice. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in probate, estate planning, and trust administration.

> Must be Florida Licensed and in good standing.

• Strong knowledge of probate law, estate planning techniques, and tax law.

• Proven ability to draft comprehensive legal documents, including wills, trusts, and agreements.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to handle complex trust and estate planning matters.

• Familiarity with federal tax compliance regulations related to trusts and estates.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare detailed correspondence and reports.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.

• A client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
