Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Baltimore, Maryland. As part of a medical supply company, you will play a vital role in supporting customers who rely on essential supplies such as oxygen, medications, and medical devices. This is a Contract-to-permanent position, offering an opportunity for long-term growth within a collaborative and detail-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently in a call center environment.

• Accurately input customer orders and data into the system, ensuring prompt and error-free processing.

• Communicate effectively with customers regarding medical supplies and services, including basic medical terminology when necessary.

• Handle calls with care and maintain a friendly demeanor while working closely with team members.

• Verify medical insurance information to ensure proper documentation and service eligibility.

• Assist Spanish-speaking customers when applicable, providing bilingual support to enhance customer experience.

• Uphold company standards for punctuality, appropriate workplace attire, and focus on tasks.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive team environment.

• Adapt to evolving processes and procedures to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with order entry systems.

• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with customers and team members.

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred.

• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable but not mandatory.

• Comfortable working in close proximity to others in an office environment.

• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to maintaining a neat and detail-oriented appearance.
