Description

Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique personal injury law firm located in Beverly Hills that is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment at a firm that values its employees and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury pre-litigation cases under attorney supervision.

+ Communicate clearly and effectively with Spanish-speaking clients to provide case updates, gather information, and answer questions.

+ Prepare and maintain case files, including correspondence, medical records, police reports, and other required documentation.

+ Handle client intake and perform initial case evaluations to determine the viability of claims.

+ Assist clients with property damage claims and monitor medical treatment progress throughout the pre-litigation process.

+ Draft demand letters and coordinate negotiations with insurance adjusters to resolve claims.

+ Maintain strict timelines to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress in a timely manner.

+ Utilize legal software to keep track of all case activity and client communications.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

+ Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.

+ At least 2+ years of experience managing personal injury pre-litigation cases in a law firm setting.

+ Strong knowledge of California personal injury laws and pre-litigation processes.

+ Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

+ Outstanding communication and client service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach.

+ Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred but not required.
