    Description

    Robert Half is currently seeking experienced Leasing Agents to join our clients’ property management teams. This is a great opportunity for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for real estate, and excel at building relationships with prospective residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Work proactively to optimize occupancy rates while maintaining established rental pricing

    + Process rental applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and meets company standards

    + Prepare lease agreements and move-in packets, maintaining thorough communication logs

    + Review and process property invoices accurately

    + Assist residents and prospects by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner

    + Promote the company’s values while delivering outstanding customer service

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth leasing process and positive resident experience

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 1 year of leasing experience (leasing assistant or leasing consultant roles)

    + Strong background in customer service and sales

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail

    + Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

    + Positive, professional attitude and ability to work well with diverse populations
