Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Lake Worth, Florida. This is a Contract to permanent position offering the opportunity to grow within a casual yet focused environment. The ideal candidate will assist with accounts payable tasks and data entry while supporting administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

• Process and enter accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Input new employee information into company systems with a high level of precision.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial record-keeping.

• Utilize software tools, such as Sage 100, for data management (prior experience with Sage 100 is not required).

• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking colleagues and clients, if bilingual.

• Adapt to a construction-related work environment located in an industrial park.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards, including appropriate attire such as closed-toe shoes and detail-oriented casual wear.

• Support administrative operations and address any additional accounting-related tasks as needed. Requirements • Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a casual yet fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in data entry and basic computer operations.

• Bilingual Spanish skills are highly advantageous.

• Comfortable working within a construction or industrial setting.

• Availability to work either an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM schedule.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools, such as Sage 100.
