Talent Manager / Recruiter (with Business Development Focus)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Manager / Recruiter to oversee the full recruitment cycle while also driving business development efforts. This role combines talent acquisition with relationship building to grow our client base and match top talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles

+ Build strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs

+ Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates

+ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base

+ Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process

+ Negotiate offers and support both clients and candidates through onboarding

+ Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and CRM

+ Attend networking events and industry meetings to build brand presence

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in recruitment and/or business development

+ Experience working in staffing is a plus

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Goal-oriented and self-motivated

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
