Description We are looking for a skilled Commercial Loan Contracts Manager to oversee and validate loan documentation while ensuring compliance with established standards. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in conducting customer due diligence and supporting the management of commercial loan portfolios. This position is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and offers an excellent opportunity to apply your expertise in loan review and contract management.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Validate loan terms and conditions, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or inconsistencies.

• Perform customer due diligence to ensure all necessary information is collected and verified.

• Collaborate with internal teams to manage amendments and updates to loan agreements.

• Utilize tools such as Adobe Acrobat and business systems to streamline document management processes.

• Audit loan files periodically to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

• Support the administration of claims related to commercial real estate loans.

• Monitor billing functions and ensure accuracy in loan-related transactions.

• Provide detailed reports and insights to stakeholders regarding loan portfolio performance.

• Assist in maintaining updated records of commercial real estate loan agreements. Requirements • Proven experience in commercial loan review and contract management.

• Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Acrobat and other business systems.

• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and loan documentation processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in contracts.

• Familiarity with auditing practices and compliance standards in the financial sector.

• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with claim administration and billing functions is a plus.
