    Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to become part of our financial services team based in Hermitage, Pennsylvania. As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve dealing with customer inquiries, maintaining customer records, and processing customer applications. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Effectively handle inbound customer inquiries, providing comprehensive assistance and ensuring customer satisfaction

    • Efficiently process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

    • Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate

    • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status

    • Collaborate with the team to create a supportive and team-oriented environment

    • Utilize your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and email correspondence

    • Handle both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer needs and concerns

    • Manage order entries and schedule appointments as necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role within the Financial Services industry

    • Proficient in answering inbound calls, managing call center customer service, and handling both inbound and outbound calls

    • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to resolve client inquiries efficiently

    • Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail

    • Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner

    • Skilled in order entry processes and systems

    • Proficiency in scheduling appointments and managing client schedules

    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse group of customers
