Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for combining user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into elegant and functional designs. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and researchers, to create user-centered solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

+ User-Centered Design: Utilize user feedback, research insights, and data analytics to design intuitive interfaces and experiences that meet customer needs and business objectives.

+ Visual & Interaction Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that define the visual aesthetics and interaction flow of our products.

+ Collaboration: Partner with developers, UX researchers, and product managers to ensure that designs are feasible, functional, and aligned with project goals.

+ Design System Maintenance: Develop and maintain consistent design patterns, guidelines, and components across products to ensure a seamless user experience.

+ Problem Solving: Balance user requirements, business goals, and technical limitations to deliver elegant solutions that address complex challenges.

+ Iteration & Usability Testing: Refine designs and iterate quickly based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability testing results.

+ AI Integration: Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to experiment with innovative product design concepts and improve design efficiency.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.

+ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product design or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered and high-impact designs.

+ Proficiency: Expertise with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite is a must. Experience with prototyping tools is highly valued.

+ Technical Awareness: Familiarity with front-end development frameworks and the ability to communicate effectively with developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript familiarity is a plus).

+ Research-Driven: Experience conducting user research, user testing, and gathering feedback to iterate designs.

+ Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
