Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive and effective user interfaces. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure all designs enhance user satisfaction and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

+ User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analyses to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points. Translate findings into actionable insights.

+ Wireframing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows that clearly illustrate functionality and usability improvements.

+ Collaborative Design: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, and product managers, to ensure cohesive and visually appealing outcomes.

+ Experience Optimization: Analyze user feedback and data analytics to continuously iterate and improve the usability, accessibility, and functionality of our digital products.

+ Design Standards: Maintain and contribute to the creation of design guidelines, pattern libraries, and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.

+ Technology Awareness: Stay updated about current industry trends, tools, and technologies, including artificial intelligence enhancements to UX processes, to recommend and implement innovative practices.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or related fields preferred.

+ Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile applications.

+ Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (a plus).

+ Research Skills: Hands-on experience with usability testing tools, A/B testing, and creating user personas or journey maps.

+ Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform UX decisions, including experience with tools like Google Analytics.

+ Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation abilities. Comfort with working in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
