Description We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for leading the pursuit process and producing compliant deliverables in a timely manner. You will work closely with multidisciplinary pursuit teams to develop persuasive content that addresses client needs and aligns with RFP requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent pursuits to ensure on-time, compliant delivery

• Coordinate with pursuit teams to develop and maintain an updated library of pursuit materials

• Synthesize complex information into compelling written responses that align with the brand voice and detail oriented style

• Collaborate with graphic design teams to develop custom, on-brand visual assets that support defined win themes

• Conduct comprehensive quality control checks on materials to uphold brand standards

• Record project and people information in the firm's database to maintain institutional knowledge

• Leverage industry research and business development intelligence to inform win strategies and increase the likelihood of winning

• Manage the production of specific supporting content while delegating tasks appropriately

• Coach project team on presentation best practices to secure wins in interview settings

• Identify and adhere to strong process management to support the company’s ROI goals and business development framework. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years experience in a Proposal Management role or similar position

• Proficient in 3M software, Adobe Acrobat, and Cisco Webex Meetings

• Skilled in the use of CRM systems

• Familiarity with data mining techniques

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of budget processes in a corporate setting

• Proven track record in business development

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in the industry Innovation starts with people.®
