Description
We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team in Concord, North Carolina. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong expertise in accounting processes and systems. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing financial records, budgets, and cash flow while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full spectrum of accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing.
• Utilize accounting software systems such as QuickBooks and QuickBooks Desktop to maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial strategies.
• Conduct cash flow analysis to evaluate financial performance and forecast future needs.
• Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.
• Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Generate and review reports in Microsoft Excel to analyze data and present findings.
• Manage computerized accounting systems with a focus on accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software systems, including QuickBooks and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
• Experience in preparing annual budgets and conducting cash flow analysis.
• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and financial regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
