Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Countryside, Illinois. This role focuses on supporting probate and trust administration processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance in legal documentation and filings. Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing probate and trust administration cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed.

• Prepare court filings, trust accountings, and probate forms with precision and attention to detail.

• Collaborate with attorneys to draft estate planning documents using specialized legal software.

• Monitor case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely completion of required documentation.

• Research legal regulations and precedents to support case preparation and compliance.

• Maintain organized records of case files, correspondence, and legal documentation.

• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding case updates and requirements.

• Review and analyze financial records related to trust and estate accounts.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all probate and trust matters. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in probate and trust administration.

• Proficient in preparing court filings, probate forms, and trust accountings.

• Familiarity with drafting estate planning documents using legal software is preferred.

• Strong understanding of probate law and estate planning principles.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in legal research and documentation processes.
