    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Quality Audit Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy and excellence within the Enrollment Employer Installation division of a leading healthcare organization. Your expertise in quality assurance and process improvement will help drive success and minimize errors.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough audits of enrollment forms submitted by customers to verify accuracy and compliance.

    • Identify trends through data analysis and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making.

    • Develop, maintain, and monitor performance-related reports to track improvements and outcomes.

    • Review new and updated benefit plans to ensure accurate setup and implementation.

    • Document audit findings and work performed in alignment with established standards and guidelines.

    • Provide constructive feedback to enhance processes and reduce errors across the organization.

    • Collaborate with team members to support continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to meet organizational goals.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, or a related field, preferably within the healthcare industry.

    • Rx claims experience

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and generate actionable insights.

    • Proficiency in creating and managing performance and quality reports.

    • Familiarity with benefit functions and enrollment processes, including setup and review.

    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

    • Effective communication skills for providing feedback and working with cross-functional teams.

    • Knowledge of tools and systems related to quality assurance and auditing.

    • Experience with TRICARE or NIS systems is a plus.
