    *Position Summary:*

     

    Responsible for providing a variety of therapeutic activities which will promote the physical, psychological, spiritual, and mental well-being of patients. Documents patient participation in planned or unplanned activities. Participates in care plan development and/or implementation processes and monitors patients progress in meeting therapeutic activity goals.

    *Minimum Qualifications:*

    *Required:*High School diploma or GED. Certified Nursing Assistant and enrolled in the PADOH NA Registry. Successful Completion of Activity Professionals Program or agreement to complete within one year of hire.

    *Preferred:*One or more years as activities assistant in long-term care.
