This role is responsible for the daily operations and overall management of The Growing Tree, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining a nurturing environment for staff, children, and families. Due to the sensitive nature of this role, discretion and confidentiality are essential.

     

    *Minimum Education*

    Associate’s Degree – Required

    Batchelors Degree- Preferred

    Level III North Carolina Early Childhood Administration Credential (NCECAC) – Required

    *Required Skills*

    Four years of experience in an education or child care facility or four years in a supervisory capacity or a combination of both. BSAC certificate of training or 900 additional hours of verifiable experience working in a licensed child care program serving school-age children.

    Education Administrator

    Level III NCECAC, CPR, Pediatric First Aid, CRC Letter Qualifying to work in childcare, It’s SIDS, Playground Safety Training Certification, Emergency Preparedness Training
