    Schedule – Internet Department Schedule (9am-6pm & 10am-7pm)

    Responsibilities:

    + Answer incoming calls, chat/call requests & incoming e-mail.

    + Record contacts in Lead Management System.

    + Convert sales opportunities to confirmed appointments or turn them to a Sales Consultant.

     

    ​

    Qualifications:

    + Experience with CRM systems (E leads / Automotive Mastermind)

    + Basic understanding of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing

    + Comfortable conducting cold outreach and following up with leads

    + Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

    The CA base pay range for this position is $17.28 - and is a draw against individually earned commission and performance incentives. The position is also eligible for bi-weekly commission + benefits.

     

    Our hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum hourly range for new hire rates for the position.
