    Responsibilities

    + Assist the Project Manager and/or Superintendent with planning and coordination.

    + Track and verify project progress, including materials, quantities, and work performed.

    + Help manage subcontracts, contracts, and project documentation.

    + Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

    + Support project scheduling and budgeting tasks.

    + Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve issues and keep the project on track.

    + Maintain an insurable driving record.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 3 years of industry experience.

    + Working knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, building materials, and industry standards.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Proven ability to assume responsibility and meet deadlines.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
