What You’ll Do

Be a True Business Partner

+ Serve as a trusted advisor to BU leaders, shaping strategy, spotting risks and opportunities, and driving operational excellence

+ Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial plans with business priorities

+ Hold the organization accountable for delivering on commitments, KPIs, and value creation

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis

+ Own the Annual Operating Plan, Monthly forecasting, and long-range planning process across the company and BUs

+ Track performance vs. plan, deliver variance analysis, and recommend course corrections

+ Provide clear, actionable insights on revenue, margin, cost, and capital allocation

+ Turn complex financial data into simple, compelling recommendations for action

Drive Performance & Results

+ Establish and track key metrics that drive profitable growth and efficiency

+ Build best-in-class models, dashboards, and reporting tools that create transparency

+ Identify opportunities to expand margins, reduce costs, and boost operational effectiveness

Inspire & Develop Talent

+ Lead, mentor, and elevate a high-performing FP&A team

+ Create a culture of curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement

+ Ensure strong communication and alignment between finance and the business

What You'll Bring

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CMA strongly preferred.

+ 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles, ideally within a global, multi-business-unit environment.

+ Proven track record as a strategic business partner and influencer at the senior leadership level.

+ Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and performance management.

+ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to distill insights and influence outcomes.

+ Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire teams.

+ Bias for action: willing to roll up sleeves, challenge the status quo, and drive change.

+ Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven organization (e.g., top-tier multinational, Fortune 500, PE-backed, or leading industry players) is a plus.

This role is based out of our corporate headquarters in Mason, MI working a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office per week. Relocation assistance is available for currently located outside the area.
