    Fryer Cook

    We’re looking for a skilled **Fryer Cook** to join our kitchen team and master the fryer station. You’ll be responsible for preparing delicious deep-fried items like fries, chicken, fish, and onion rings—ensuring every bite is hot, crispy, and cooked to perfection.

     

    ? What You’ll Do:

    + Operate fryers to cook food to order, following recipes and timing precisely.

    + Maintain oil quality, cooking temperatures, and food presentation standards.

    + Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen.

    + Keep the fryer station clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.

    + Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely orders.

    ? What You Bring:

    + Experience in a fryer or line cook role (preferred).

    + Solid understanding of food safety and fryer operation.

    + Ability to stay focused under pressure and manage multiple orders.

    + Team player with good communication and time management skills.

    + Physically able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot kitchen.

    **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
