As a **Building Automation Advanced Applications Engineer** here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical expertise and supporting Building Automation projects and service contracts. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans, ensuring the successful implementation of advanced applications and solutions. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities.
You will report directly to our Service Business leader and you'll work out of our **Jacksonville, Florida** location on a remote work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency, sustainability, and productivity of our customers' facilities by providing exceptional technical expertise and facilitating the implementation of advanced building automation applications and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans for **advanced building automation** applications
• Provide technical expertise and facilitate the implementation of advanced solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to building automation systems
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance building automation processes and efficiency
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science
• Minimum of **15 years** of experience in building automation or related roles
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation systems and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
