    Senior Channel Excellence Data and Analytics Specialist

     

    As a Senior Channel Excellence Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing expertise in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Channel Excellence team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to address business challenges and develop analytical solutions. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy at Honeywell. You will report directly to our Sr Director Channel Excellence, and you will work out of our Rosemont location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, your work will improve decision making in the business, optimize processes, increase cost savings, and improve customer satisfaction.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Drive the successful execution of a comprehensive data strategy for the Channel Excellence team, including data collection, storage, and maintenance, to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

    + Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from channel data, providing actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    + Collaborate with various teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align channel analytics with overall business goals and strategies.

    + Identify and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies to support data visualization, reporting, and monitoring of channel performance.

    + Drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing and optimizing channel processes, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.

    + Proactively identify and mitigate channel risks through data analysis, ensuring business continuity and resilience.

    + Provide coaching and expert guidance to your colleagues and teams you work with using your extensive background in channel analytics.

    + Regularly track upcoming orders from Salesforce, check back-end setups, and work with relevant teams to ensure that customer, product, and pricing information is available in the eCommerce portal for order placement.

    + Provide timely and effective support to customers and the sales team regarding daily order inquiries, ensuring smooth order processing and resolution of any issues.

    + Ensure data readiness for UOP eCommerce portal.

    + Monitor daily order activities and update the eCommerce cases in salesforce to ensure accurate reporting and tracking of all orders.

    + Assist in providing necessary data and insights for various projects/ initiatives for eCommerce.

    The annual base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $104,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 6 years of experience in data analytics or related field

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

    + Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.)

    + Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, etc.)

    + Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making and delivering measurable business results

    + Experience in channel analytics or related field

    + Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives

    + Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry is a plus
