    Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

     

    As a Senior HRG IT and Strategy/M&A, you will play a crucial role in driving IT strategy and managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities. This role works closely with the GBE HR Leaders while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, organizational development and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Increase the overall performance of the organization by partnering closely with client groups

    + Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent

    + Drive continuous improvement and lead changes in a premiere Human Resources organization

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years HR Generalist experience

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's / Master’s Degree

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Ability to work across regions, functions and businesses to drive business objectives

    + Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

    + Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

    + Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events

    + Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
