You will report directly to our **Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager** , and you'll work out of our **Rocky Mount, NC location** .
In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations by optimizing production processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your contributions will lead to increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved quality in our manufacturing operations. Your expertise will help us stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies and ensure that we deliver innovative and high-quality products to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Lead and support day-to-day manufacturing operations for our manufacturing cell, ensuring high levels of product quality, reliability, and throughput.
+ Demonstrated success with processes including heat treat, braze, and laser welding
+ Experience with manufacturing processes and machining equipment.
+ Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement capacity models for investments in advanced manufacturing technologies
+ Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
+ Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
+ Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets
+ Managing projects from ideation to implementation.

YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such asscience, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ 5 +years of experience in manufacturing for aerospace or similar field
+ 2+years of experience in managing projects through ideation and technicalimplementation
+ 1+years of manufacturing floor support, including troubleshooting equipmentlike automation, torque tools and fixtures.
