    As an **Operational Excellence Specialist** , you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. With your expertise in Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools, you will identify areas for improvement, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to optimize operational processes and enhance overall efficiency.

     

    You will report directly to our Operational Excellence Director and you'll work out of our Houston, TX or Morris Plaines, NJ location.

     

    In this role, you will have a significant impact on improving productivity, streamlining operations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies to address them.

    + Implement Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to optimize operational processes.

    + Work with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives.

    + Collaborate with manufacturing plants and cross-functional partners to solve business problems and enhance operational efficiencies.

    + Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency enhancement.

    + Develop and implement best practices, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.

    + Guide and facilitate process improvement projects, utilizing Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, and other tools.

    + Provide guidance and facilitate to teams in implementing process changes and driving continuous improvement.

    + Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives.

    + Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.

    + Strong knowledge and experience in Lean, Digital, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

    + Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong communication and people-oriented skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

    + Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.

    + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

    + Strong project management skills.

    + Continuous learning and self-development mindset.
