As a Field Service Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing technical expertise and facilitating field service operations. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site. You will report directly to our Field Service Manager and this position will be remote as there will be extensive travel throughout the US.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Travel throughout US overseeing subcontractors completing hands on field services electrical work
+ Provide technical expertise and facilitate field service operations
+ Guide and execute complex field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
+ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, both remotely and on-site
+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
+ Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Minimumof 4 years of proven experience in field service engineering, electrical installations with a focuson complex technical solutions
+ Strongtechnical knowledge and expertise in relevant technologies
+ Excellentproblem-solving and troubleshooting skills
+ Abilityto effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders
+ Proficientcomputer skills (Microsoft Office)
WE VALUE
+ Associate'sor Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technicaldiscipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
+ OSHA10/30 certified
+ Master's Electrician or Journeyman license.
+ Desiredexperience in Industrial Automation preferably on the electrical side
+ Strongcustomer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
+ Continuouslearning mindset and willingness to stay updated with industryadvancements
+ Results-orientedapproach and ability to drive projects to successful completion
