    Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will partner with world class engineering's and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

     

    the annual base salary ranges for this position is $140,000 - $176,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Leading development teams in a new product development environment

    + Ensure project performance and execution

    + Managing customer relationships

    + Schedule and milestone development/management

    + Understand technology employed on various programs

    + Develop program/project cost estimates

    + Baseline development

    + Program/project metric development and reporting

    + Variance analysis

    + Risk and opportunity development and management

    + Manage supplier relationships

    + Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, < 10%

     
     

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

    + **6+ years of experience in Engineering or physical sciences.**

    + **Demonstrate Earned Value Management (EVM) proficiency.**

    + Experience leading development teams in an engineering environment

    + Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools

    + Experience with RCCA activities

    + Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
