Sr. HR Director – Commercial and Technology Functions

As a Sr. HR Director for Commercial & Technology Functions in Building Automation (BA), you will have a transformative impact on our business. You and your team will directly support the BA Chief Commercial Officer, BA Chief Strategy Officer, BA Chief Technology Officer and BA Chief Information Officer. You will drive transformation throughout the business including creating and owning the HR strategy to enable growth, operational efficiency, and unlock valuable insights for organization. Your strategic vision and guidance will shape the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, enabling us to attract, develop, and retain top talent. With your expertise in HR practices and regulations, you will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. You will report directly to our Building Automation HR VP and you will work out of our Atlanta, Georgia location on a Hybrid work schedule. THE BUSINESS UNIT

Honeywell Building Automation (BA) is a leading global provider of products, software, solutions, and technologies that enable building owners and occupants to ensure their facilities are safe, energy efficient, sustainable, and productive. BA products and services include advanced software applications for building control and optimization; sensors, switches, control systems, and instruments for energy management; access control; video surveillance; fire products; and installation, maintenance, and upgrades of systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute HR strategies for the organization

• Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational change, talent development, performance management, and employee engagement

• Oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

• Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations

YOU MUST HAVE

• 8+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR leadership roles in commercial organizations

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

• Experience in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Proven track record in driving HR initiatives and delivering measurable results

• Experience in talent acquisition and retention strategies

• Knowledge of HR regulations and legal requirements
