    Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

     

    As a Senior Human Resources Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR Facilitation to our HR Services function. You will be accountable for managing various HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Your expertise in HR practices and regulations will ensure compliance and drive the success of our HR initiatives. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR programs that facilitate our business objectives. You will report directly to our Sr. HR Manager. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization by driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and assisting in the development and retention of our talented workforce.

     

    Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution

    + Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans

    + Partner with the talent acquisition team to attract and select top talent for the organization

    + Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements

    + Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to facilitate business objectives

    + Provide guidance and support to HR team members on HR practices and regulations

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on manufacturing, employee relations, performance management, coaching and succession planning.

    + Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

    + Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution

    + Excellent communication and people-oriented skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively

    + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    + Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture

    + Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans

    + Knowledge of talent acquisition strategies and best practices

    + Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
