    The Job:

    The Regional HR Generalist will be Responsible for the Talent Management & Development of our Latin America organization You’ll get to:

    • Partner with BU/Functional HR Leader and Talent & Organizational Capability Leaders within the Latin America region to build, develop and retain a robust talent pipeline.

    • Manage projects across geographical boundaries to develop criteria, processes, and training to support strong talent practices for leaders and ensure scalability of programs across HRBP / HR teams.

    • Deliver training on topics spanning across Talent & Organizational Capability pillars, such as performance enablement, succession planning, development and engagement.

    • Support succession planning within Latin America, focusing on critical roles, developing talent maps, and driving follow-up on development plans and actions.

    • Assist in the development and execution of BU and functional talent strategies across the region.

    • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent & Organizational Capability Leaders in managing operational aspects of Talent Review, Performance Enablement and Succession processes.

    • Support the identification and development of high-potential talent, implement processes for early identification, career accelerator assignments, and leadership awareness/networking.

    • Oversee and manage engagement process and action planning for respective BU/Functions.

    • Ensure voice of business/function and SBD employees are considered and factored into Talent & Organizational Capability COE strategies and processes.

    • Track and report metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate initiatives implemented and prepares monthly/quarterly reports to leadership on the value of the programming together with statistics on hiring, promotions, turnover.

    • Partner with in-country HR teams to establish and coordinate Internship/Apprentice/ and SLP programs

    • May serve as an HR Business Partner for one of the business or functional areas.

    • Support the region to drive compliance efforts related to HR. Conduct root cause analysis for employee relations investigations and recommend remediation actions

    • Some travel may be expected.

    The Person:

    You also have:

    • 6 or more years of Experience in Talent Management and Development.

    • Experience assessing talent development training requirements and effectively implementing a training program.

    • Ability to align business goals with talent strategies.

    • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, measure effectiveness and make data based decisions.

    • Strong Leadership and relationship building skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Bilingual (English & Spanish) Portuguese a plus.
