Position Overview: Responsible for scheduling and managing logistics related to flight and maintenance training for a specific airplane model. This role involves participating in the documentation and analysis of product and process changes through established change management procedures. Additionally, the position assists in forecasting optimal training schedules based on strategic plans and supports rescheduling efforts as needed. The role also includes developing reports and analyses related to training.
Responsibilities
+ Schedule and manage logistics related to flight and maintenance training for a specific airplane model.
+ Participate in the documentation and analysis of product and process changes through established change management procedures.
+ Assist in forecasting optimal training schedules based on strategic plans.
+ Support rescheduling efforts as needed.
+ Develop reports and analyses related to training.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in schedule planning and program management.
+ Knowledge in aerospace and manufacturing processes.
+ Experience with change management.
+ Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Associate degree) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., 2 years' related work experience).
+ Proficiency in customer relationship management and data management.

+ Demonstrates a strong customer focus mindset.
+ Experience working with customer accounts.
+ Proficient in collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data.
+ Capable of summarizing findings and developing conclusions and recommendations from relevant data sources.
+ Knowledgeable in customer insight techniques to provide effective product support and resolve technical issues.
Work Environment
Onsite with customer at Altus Military Base. Hours will be 7 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
