Job Title: Innovation Chemist

Job Description

We are seeking a Research Lab Technician to join our New Products Lab within the Innovation Department. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on the development of innovative products.

Responsibilities

+ Learn and understand the innovation process.

+ Support new product development through the design and production of prototypes, while leading process improvement efforts.

+ Assist project managers with new product development projects.

+ Manage sample production and benchtop samples in a fast-paced environment.

+ Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and improve processes using your knowledge.

+ Analyze samples using basic lab instrumentation and testing, including pipetting, pH, viscosity, and scales.

+ Maintain sample and ingredient inventories as well as standard operating procedures.

+ Manage incoming documentation efficiently.

+ Promote and encourage safe working practices.

+ Present projects formally to senior leaders.

Essential Skills

+ Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or a related field.

+ Experience in a fast-paced environment.

+ Experience with undergraduate research or lab work.

+ Ability to multitask and process samples quickly.

+ Strong chemistry and laboratory skills.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
