We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation, collaborating with CNC programmers, and managing projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities

+ Create and maintain travelers and manufacturing operation sheets.

+ Collaborate with CNC programmers to develop efficient manufacturing processes.

+ Issue job releases using JobBoss.

+ Manage projects from initiation to completion.

+ Maintain a professional and positive image with customers.

+ Ensure compliance with industry standards.

+ Design fixtures for large turning machines, 5-axis vertical, and horizontal milling centers.

Essential Skills

+ Familiarity with drafting standards, techniques, and interpretation.

+ Understanding of manufacturing techniques, standards, and specifications.

+ Proficiency in SolidWorks.

+ Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.

+ Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.

+ 1 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

+ 3+ years of manufacturing experience.

+ Exposure to CNC Environment.

+ Experience with Bill of Materials.

+ Process improvement skills.

+ Knowledge of Mastercam, JobBoss, and ERP systems.

Work Environment

The role is based in an onsite environment, requiring comfort in a highly active CNC setting. The work environment includes exposure to dust and non-toxic chemical smells. The aerospace group has been experiencing 20% growth annually for the last five years and is projected to track 30% growth this year.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
