Marketing Specialist
Job Description
As a marketing specialist, you will be responsible for researching, writing, and editing high-quality marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and project management, to gather information and insights for proposal development. Additionally, you will develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources to streamline the proposal process.
Responsibilities
+ Research, write, and edit high-quality marketing proposals tailored to client needs and objectives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for proposal development.
+ Develop and maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and other resources.
+ Ensure all proposals are consistent with the company’s branding, messaging, and style guidelines.
+ Conduct thorough reviews of proposals to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in marketing and proposal writing.
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in marketing proposal writing or a similar role.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
+ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing proposals and related writing samples.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (ideally InDesign and Photoshop).
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
