    Job Title: Product Commercialization Manager

     

    1st Shift Opportunity- M-F and remote on Wednesday and Friday (when not traveling, local travel 1-2 hours)

    MUST HAVE

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercialization or scale-up of food or beverage products.

    + Bachelor's degree in food science, engineering, or a related field.

    + 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a related area.

    + Proven experience in supporting large-scale, complex projects.

    + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with troubleshooting and support.

    Job Description

    The Product Commercialization Manager will play a pivotal role in the scale-up and commercialization of ingredients for the food and beverage industry after the benchtop formulation phase. This dynamic position involves providing technical support, investigating and troubleshooting issues, participating in team meetings, and handling operational or launch activities. The manager will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles and ensure successful project delivery.

    Responsibilities

    + Conduct and participate in team meetings, ensuring clear communication of project updates, milestones, and expectations.

    + Prepare comprehensive reports and analyses to support decision-making.

    + Develop and implement activities for successful delivery of projects, aligning with departmental goals.

    + Manage relationships with contract manufacturing partners, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies.

    + Coordinate with various teams and customers, ensuring efficient project execution.

    + Engage in continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance turnkey operations.

    15 days PTO, 5 Sick Dats, roughly 10 Holidays and Gym Onsite!Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

     

    Accrue 15 days per year of PTO. Receive 5 sick days each year. The company observes Jewish holidays, ranging between 6-12 days off annually

    This is a fully onsite position in Niles,IL.
