Join Ultimate Care NY as a Home Health Aide, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities, fostering their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

+ Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

+ Provide companionship and emotional support.

+ Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes to the supervising nurse.

+ Accompany clients to appointments as needed.

+ Ensure a safe and clean living environment.

Work Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including full-time and part-time options.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage, with opportunities for overtime.

+ Must have a valid HHA or PCA certification from an accredited program.

+ Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
